How Endure 30 works

You make three commitments. Create a game plan for each.

1. Physical

The challenge
Choose an activity(s): run, bike, walk, hike, swim, gym, etc. Do it every day for 30 days, for at least 30 minutes.

The rule
You must do more than your starting baseline. Bonus: slowly progress over 30 days.

2. Mental

The challenge
Wake up early every day for 30 days AND spend 30 minutes a day growing. (Read, podcast, learn, reflect, etc.)

The rule
What you do with those 30 minutes must help you grow over time.

3. Confront

The challenge
Choose something you've been avoiding or putting off, and confront it. This one can be completely private to you.

The rule
You don't have to resolve it, but you do have to start.
