Challenges have 3 parts

For each category, define your challenge.

1. Physical

Choose an activity and make a measurable commitment. Examples include:

Run 3 miles a day Bike 100 miles a week Hike every Saturday Walk 30 minutes a day Climb 1,000 ft a week Gym 3x a week
2. Mental

Choose a practice that builds discipline, focus, awareness, or resilience. Examples include:

Wake up early Read that book Meditate every day Learn something new Write every day Ditch social media
3. Confront

Pick something you've been avoiding or putting off, and confront it. Examples include:

Have the conversation Make the call Ask for help Quit that thing Do the uncomfortable task Set the boundary
Three categories. Three commitments.

How It Works

Optional: Share on social that you're taking on the challenge and issue the challenge to 3 friends. You don't have to share your Confront challenge.
