Company kickoff
Project Endure founder Matt Meo will join your team (in person, or remote) for a short talk about Project Endure, the challenge, and why it matters. This will occur in the month before the start of your company's challenge month.
The challenge begins
Challenges run by calendar month — for example, the October 2026 Challenge. Employees can start early or jump in anytime during the month.
Put in the work
Run, walk, hike, bike, move — whatever it is, put in the work for 30 days. There is no app, leaderboard, or required check-in. The challenge is all about "you versus you".
Finish & Celebrate
Come back together at the end of the month, see who reached their goals, and celebrate what everyone accomplished.
